Italkero we guarantee that all our products have been manufactured in accordance with the laws in act, but there is much more, in fact, all our products are covered by a 10 year guarantee from the date of purchase.
For added product safety and security, Italkero strongly recommends that a correct and thorough maintenance of the device is carried out at least once a year. For this reason, Italkero has set-up its own Technical Assistance Centres to offer continuity and a scrupulous support service.
For this reason Italkero recommends its own specialised and qualified Technical Assistance Centres, that are always ready and willing to intervene. Italkero also offers a free first ignition service to the end-user.
