Fox K and KS are
warm air generators for heating rooms. They are essentially thermic heat exchangers
between the combustion products produced by the gas-fired atmospheric burner and
the air-flow generated by a highly functional ventilator unit. The
heated air is sucked up by the ventilator, and flows over the hot surfaces of the
heat exchanger increasing the temperature that is then directly distrubuted through
the appropriate channels. The combustion products complete the thermic exchange and
are expelled by an external centrifugal extractor that allows the device to function
without the use of a flue. The ventilating unit is composed of an electrically driven
centrifugal ventilator, a motor with v-belt power transfer, and an adjustable motor
pulley. These characteristics make for a high performance and top quality product
with versatile functions, suitable for a wide range of system applications. BIG
